It's been a quiet week. It started off with going out for lunch with my granny and took her for a drive across the Queensferry Crossing because she hadn't been. This week at Slimming World it was taster week so everyone brought in food for us all to try. Unfortunately, I didn't have a loss this week and maintained my weight (at least I didn't gain). And then on Saturday night I was out for a friends birthday and had a few too many drinks, although thankfully the hangover was non-existent. I haven't actually had too much time to read either this week.
