The Sunday Post (15 November)

Sunday Post
The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimberly of Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news. A post to recap the past week on your blog and showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

Another busy week! For a start, Busted are back together! I honestly cannot contain my excitement! I must be driving everyone nuts, but Busted were my childhood. And they will always have a special place on my iPod.

On Wednesday, Misty finally made it to the vet without eating anything. She had a few lumps on her mammary glands so these had to be removed just in case. We also had her spayed in the hope that this doesn't happen again.  She had her operation and is now at home recovering and feeling sorry for herself. But I like to think she will thank us someday.

Then on Thursday, I got to meet my friend's new baby! And he is just the absolute cutest baby ever. He's the first baby in my group of university friends too so it's quite weird being at the age when your close friends are starting to have children.

Top Ten Tuesday: New to Me Authors 2015

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by  The Broke and The Bookish . This week's topic is a top ten new to me authors of 2015. I have read so many new to me authors this year and it's been brilliant! I'm not sure if I can limit this list to only 10!

Top Ten Tuesday: Books I'd Love Santa to Leave for Me

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by  The Broke and The Bookish . This week's topic is the top ten books I wouldn't mind Santa leaving under my tree. Really I'd welcome all books under the tree but these are ones that I've seen around a lot or recently.

Feature and Follow (29 May)

The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of  Parajunkee’s View  and Alison of  Alison Can Read . Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it’ll allow us to show off more new blogs! I'm one of the featured blogs this week! Along with Amanda of  The Darling Bookworm . This week’s Question: How many books have you got on your TBR list? I recently had a bit of a cull of my TBR list so now it is sitting at 269. I'm trying my hardest to get it below 200 by the end of the year but I really don't see it happening. I'd currently be happy if I managed to get it below 225. However, I did recently have a look through my TBR on Goodreads and deleted a few books that I don't think I will actually ever read - I'm not even to sure how they got there anyway.
