April Wrap-Up (2022)

So after my fantastic reading month in March, I definitely slowed down a lot in April. I was almost in a slump I think so I'm still pretty happy with how much I did read.

Books Read

I read a total of 8 books and 1,530 pages.

I also DNF'ed Sense and Second-Degree Murder. There wasn't really anything wrong with the book - I just couldn't care less about it.

Average rating

3.6 - I think this is the worst month ratings-wise I've had in a long while. I seem to be going down in average rating each month so hopefully this is the low and I don't drop any further.

Most Read Source

Owned - Which is great as I'm getting through that physical TBR!

Most Read Format

Physical - As expected.

Most Read Genre

Fantasy - But there were only 2! Every other book I read was a different genre! I've no idea how that happened.

Most Read Age Range

Adult - As expected. There's still a couple of YA books in the mix, but definitely veering towards mostly adult now.

Favourite read

This was completely bonkers and I loved it. The characters were all fantastic, the setting was brilliant and the story was great.

Worst read

I only struggled through this because it was barely 50 pages. It was boring.
