Reading Goals

Instead of starting any 2021 reading challenges, I'm going to be working on a couple of ongoing challenges for now. I'm going to collate lists of the books I read here for now, but if all goes to plan, this page will get very long so I will eventually split each list into separate pages. I'm planning on attempting to read at least one book from every country, a book from each US State, and a book from each UK county. On top of this, I'm planning to read all 200 books on the BBC Big Read list.

Country Challenge:

  1. Italy - The Olive Branch, Jo Thomas (no review, read prior to re-start of blog)

US States:
  1. New York - A Gathering Light, Jennifer Donnelly

UK Counties:

BBC Big Read:
  1. The Wasp Factory, Iain Banks

Top Ten Tuesday: Books My Mum Has Attempted

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by  The Broke and The Bookish . This week's topic is a mother's day freebie (bit late for us in the UK haha!). I actually really struggled with this one! My mum's not a big reader, but I'm going to list the very few books that she has read or attempted to read in the past few years.
