Ooh, it's good to see that Stephen King is a new author to you - I know that I've never read a book by him, so it's good to see that he was new to you too!~ Did you like City of Bones? I know I enjoyed it, and I love Cassandra Clare's other books so much as well! :) Geraldine @ Corralling Books
I'm so glad I finally read Stephen King, he is amazing and definitely well worth the reading time. Yes! I loved City of Bones and I'm hoping to read the rest of the series as soon as possible.
You have so many amazing authors on this list!! I love Stephen King and Rainbow Rowell! I really want to read Asking for It soon. It's very high on my wishlist.
Aw! Thanks! I'm really trying to make it my mission to catch up on all the great authors I haven't read yet. I can't wait to read more King and Rowell. I also highly recommend Asking For It, such a difficult but amazing read.
I'm happy to see Rainbow Rowell, Cassandra Clare and Jay Kristoff on your list! They're all some of my favorite authors too :) I haven't read any STephen King yet, but I definitely should! And I loved the Dexter tv show, so I've been meaning to try the books by Jeff Lindsay as well. Great list!
I think they'll all definitely end up on my favourites! Stephen King is definitely a must-read and I can't wait to read more by him. I've not watched the Dexter TV show, but the books are fantastic.
Hopefully I can read more Stephen King soon. I feel he could be a favourite. Nevernight is very good, once you get over the prose, and is definitely worth a shot.
I loved Fangirl, but I tried Carry On more recently and I didn't enjoy it as much as I'd hoped. But I'm still going to give Eleanor and Park a go when I have the time.
oooh I love Stephen King. But so far I've only read his novellas and short stories collections. I'm so excited to read his full novels. Is Darkly Dreaming Dexter good? I've watched the TV show and I enjoyed it. Thought about reading the novel, but hesitant a bit. What do you think? Anyway, great list!
I think I'm going to end up loving Stephen King too. I'm hoping to finish the trilogy I started and then perhaps I might try The Green Mile. Darkly Dreaming Dexter is fantastic! Definitely one of my favourite books and I would definitely recommend it. However, I've never watched the TV show so I can't really compare how they live up to each other.
Wow, a Stephen King first timer!! I haven't read anything by him in a while, so there's definitely some of his newer stuff that I want to catch up on. Darkly Dreaming Dexter is coming up really soon on my library list! I'm excited to try it since I loved the TV show :) Great list!
I'm now desperate to read more by Stephen King now too! Hopefully The Green Mile as I already have that one once I finish the trilogy I started. Darkly Dreaming Dexter is one of my favourite books ever now so I really hope you enjoy it.
I definitely think she's worth a try, but if you don;t like contemporary to much perhaps you should start with Carry On. That one is more of a fantasy, if you're into those.
I read so much Stephen King in high school! I feel like if I read him again it would feel like a new-to-me author! I think Jay Kristoff is probably on a lost of lists this week! Nevernight was just too tempting to pass up!
I hope you do read some more Stephen King one day, I know I definitely will read more in the future. Jay Kristoff seems to be everywhere this week! I can't wait to read more by him either.
Ahh Rainbow Rowell is one of my favourite authors so I'm glad to see you tried her books! I've still to read something by Stephen King but planning on changing that soon. Just need to decide where to start as he has so many!
I'm so glad I finally tried some Rainbow Rowell too! She's been on my radar so long. I hope you do read some Stephen King soon, I definitely recommend Mr Mercedes.
