Book Beginnings is a meme hosted every Friday by Rose City Reader where you share the first sentence (or so) of the book you are reading, along with your initial thoughts about the sentence, impressions of the book, or anything else the opener inspires. Please remember to include the title of the book and the author’s name.

I thought about doing this today as well but decided to go with series I want/need to finish instead. https://cindysbookcorner.blogspot.com/2022/04/top-ten-tuesday-book-series-i-would.html
ReplyDeleteThis is a great topic and list. I've added a few of these on my TBR as well. I know this may be weird, but I didn't realize Howl's Moving Castle was based on a book by Diana Wynne Jones. I've never seen the movie. I should read the book and then watch the anime.

Nice topic today! Six Crimson Cranes really appeals to me as well.
ReplyDeleteWhat a good idea for a post! I'm always adding books to my Goodreads want to read list. And I read Six Crimson Cranes just last month and thought it was really fun. :)
ReplyDeleteI hope you enjoy all of these!
