Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and The Bookish. This week's topic is a top ten new to me authors of 2015. I have read so many new to me authors this year and it's been brilliant! I'm not sure if I can limit this list to only 10!

  1. I read Marcus Zusak for the first time this year too, and I love The Book Thief!
    Veronica Roth is probably one of my favourite authors ever, so I'm so glad to see that you discovered her this year.
    The only other author on your list that I've read is Kiera Cass and I have a really weird relationship with her Selection books - they're so addictive!

    1. I really did love The Book Thief too! I'm definitely a Veronica Roth fan now too. I also agree that The Selection is very addictive!

  7. Queen B* was really fun :) I read that to and enjoyed myself immensely reading it.
    I completely forgot about Veronica Roth when i made my list. I read the entire series for the first time this year as well and just... it flew out of my head.

Discussion: The Problem With My Local Library

I used to use my local library all the time when I was in school.  Source I even spent every lunchtime in my school's library. My friends and I were pupil librarians and we practically had the run of the whole library. And then, when I started University, the only library I had time for was the University library. And that wasn't an enjoyable experience. However, last summer I started going to my local library again. (I then had to stop again when I got my job.) And unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed.  Source The availability sucks. I can deal with books I want that are already out on loan. It's the complete lack of decent books the library has on its system that gets to me. All those months I went to the library last year and I never left with a book that was already on my TBR.
