Top Ten Tuesday: Song Titles That Would Make Great Book Titles

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and The Bookish. This week's topic is all about music and books... I was stuck for ages trying to think of a way to spin this, but I've decided to go with top ten songs titles that would make great book titles (or even stories)... This will more than likely be a bit random, but you'll also get a bit of an insight into the eclectic music I like...

Before I Fall to Pieces, by Razorlight

Sad Beautiful Tragic, by Taylor Swift

Dream Catch Me, by Newton Faulkner

The Man Who Can't Be Moved, by The Script

When She Was Mine, by Lawson

Because of You, by Kelly Clarkson

The Kids Aren't Alright, by The Offspring

Somewhere Only We Know, Lily Allen
(I know this is a cover but still, it's beautiful)

Good Time Girls, Nathan Carter

Just a Girl, No Doubt

  9. Sad Beautiful Tragic is probably one of my favourite Taylor songs; and I like a heck of a lot of them xD That, and The Man Who Can't Be Moved would both make such compelling, emotional reads - I don't know if I would mentally be up for going through all of the tragedy, but they would be such excellent books it would be hard to stay away!

  10. Sometimes, the song lyrics themselves could make for the beginning (or middle or end) of a novel, and I love that you've found songs that could be made into novels! Great list :)

Feature and Follow (29 May)

The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of  Parajunkee’s View  and Alison of  Alison Can Read . Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it’ll allow us to show off more new blogs! I'm one of the featured blogs this week! Along with Amanda of  The Darling Bookworm . This week’s Question: How many books have you got on your TBR list? I recently had a bit of a cull of my TBR list so now it is sitting at 269. I'm trying my hardest to get it below 200 by the end of the year but I really don't see it happening. I'd currently be happy if I managed to get it below 225. However, I did recently have a look through my TBR on Goodreads and deleted a few books that I don't think I will actually ever read - I'm not even to sure how they got there anyway.
