The Sunday Post (5 June)

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimberly of Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news. A post to recap the past week on your blog and showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

It has been a fantastic week here in Scotland. We have had brilliant sunshine all week with temperatures reaching mid-20's. At work, we've all been sitting outside all week for lunch and it's just been a great atmosphere because of it. And on Tuesday, to combat the heat, I tried a Watermelon and Strawberry Fruit Cooler from Costa and it was just perfection. It is definitely worth trying. I also spent all day Saturday outside reading and even with the Factor 20 sun lotion on I burned! Not fun!

And as of early Saturday morning, I have the house to myself for a week and two weeks off work. I can't wait to get so much reading done and I only hope I can read as much as I'm hoping I will. I'm also going to try and use this time to get ahead of my blogging because I really am falling behind a bit.
