Bout of Books 33 - Day 2

Bout of Books

The Bout of Books readathon is organized by Amanda Shofner and Kelly Rubidoux Apple. It’s a weeklong readathon that begins 12:01am Monday, January 3rd and runs through Sunday, January 9th in YOUR time zone. Bout of Books is low-pressure. There are reading sprints, Twitter chats, and exclusive Instagram challenges, but they’re all completely optional. For all Bout of Books 33 information and updates, be sure to visit the Bout of Books blog. - From the Bout of Books team

This will be my fourth Bout of Books. I will still be on annual leave for the first two days of the readathon and I have to stay in for a grocery delivery one of the days so I might get a fair bit of reading done. There's also rumours of a circuit breaker lockdown after Christmas, so that might actually mean I get a lot of reading done if I can't go anywhere... I think I'm going to aim to read 4 books.

To Be Read:
  • Hidden Bodies, Caroline Kepnes
  • Saga Vol 1, Brian K Vaughan & Fiona Staples
  • The Golden Compass, Philip Pullman

Updates:
Day 1:
  • Currently reading - Hidden Bodies, Caroline Kepnes
  • Books read - Promises and Pomegranates, Sav R Miller; Saga Vol 1, Brian K Vaughan & Fiona Staples
  • Pages read today - 391
  • Total pages read - 391

    1. I hope you got the chance to re-read it. It was my first time even reading a comic so it was a different experience.
