Top Ten Tuesday: Characters I Didn't Click With

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and The Bookish. This week's topic is the top ten characters I just didn't click with. I'm not that great at remembering characters I don't click with so these are all fairly recent years. (Ask me about characters I do click with and I could probably list a bunch I read 10 years ago if I really wanted to.)
Mile High
She was just so weak and childish and ugh...

Dogs Don't Look Both Ways: A Primer on Unintended Consequences
Joey's a dog. I LOVE dogs. But I just couldn't deal with the book from his perspective...

Since Drew
Okay, Andi was okay compared to some of the others on this list. There was just something about her...

Suicide Notes from Beautiful Girls
I have never wanted to strangle someone so much!

Saving London
Again, just something about her just didn't sit right with me... she kind of had a blasé attitude to dying...

The Dark Light
Just ugh! The both of them... actually every character in the whole damn book to be honest.

Darkest Light
Michael takes weird to a whole new level and it just was really creepy and freaked me out.

  2. I actually haven't read any of these books. I'll have to read them and decide if I like the characters or not!

Top Ten Tuesday: Characters I'd Love to Check in With

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by  The Broke and The Bookish .  This week's topic is the top ten characters you'd like to check in with.  I really struggled with this one, my brain just went blank and I couldn't really think of anyone besides pretty obvious choices.

Discussion: The Problem With My Local Library

I used to use my local library all the time when I was in school.  Source I even spent every lunchtime in my school's library. My friends and I were pupil librarians and we practically had the run of the whole library. And then, when I started University, the only library I had time for was the University library. And that wasn't an enjoyable experience. However, last summer I started going to my local library again. (I then had to stop again when I got my job.) And unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed.  Source The availability sucks. I can deal with books I want that are already out on loan. It's the complete lack of decent books the library has on its system that gets to me. All those months I went to the library last year and I never left with a book that was already on my TBR. I walked around that place looking at my Goodreads trying to find any book on that list. And I couldn't find any at all (except for the Classics). To be honest, I ...
