Top Ten Tuesday: Favourite Topics

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and The Bookish. This week's topic is the my ten favourite Top Ten topics of the past 5 years. This is my 13th Top Ten Tuesday so I don't think I could choose 10 favourites. Plus for some reason I don't think it would be fair to miss out 3 topics... I really don't understand myself, it's not like the topics have feelings. Anyway, I'm just going to do a Top Five.

  1. The inspiring quotes topic was so much fun! Also made me realise what sort of quotes I usually gravitate towards that I'd save in my quotes notebook, haha. Great list!

    1. Yeah, I just thought it would be stupid to list 10 when I haven't actually taken part in many.

  3. TBR posts are really fun to put together -- but also frustrating, because I see how many I still haven't read from previous lists. :)

  8. I had the same problem as you, I haven't been doing TTT for very long (only ten weeks), so i decided to do an old topic this week. I liked your choices.

Top Ten Tuesday: Characters I'd Love to Check in With

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by  The Broke and The Bookish .  This week's topic is the top ten characters you'd like to check in with.  I really struggled with this one, my brain just went blank and I couldn't really think of anyone besides pretty obvious choices.

Discussion: The Problem With My Local Library

I used to use my local library all the time when I was in school.  Source I even spent every lunchtime in my school's library. My friends and I were pupil librarians and we practically had the run of the whole library. And then, when I started University, the only library I had time for was the University library. And that wasn't an enjoyable experience. However, last summer I started going to my local library again. (I then had to stop again when I got my job.) And unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed.  Source The availability sucks. I can deal with books I want that are already out on loan. It's the complete lack of decent books the library has on its system that gets to me. All those months I went to the library last year and I never left with a book that was already on my TBR. I walked around that place looking at my Goodreads trying to find any book on that list. And I couldn't find any at all (except for the Classics). To be honest, I ...
