Monthly Summary - April 2015

Books I have read this month:
Books bought:
Zilch, nothing, nada!  I made it through a whole month without buying any books at all! I can't believe it!

Books borrowed:

So far this year I have read 16 books.

My TBR is sitting at 274 books.

It's been quite a busy month for me.  I started a new job!  It's only part-time and temporary but hey at least it's experience for getting a full-time, permanent position.  Therefore, I am now working to part-time jobs so I'm still trying to find a nice balance with my time.  I also had a few family parties which are always great.  It's nice seeing all the cousins together as we all have jobs, university, school etc so it's nice to have a catch up.  There was also the added bonus of vodka gummy bears which in hindsight were quite lethal (especially with work the next day...).

Follow me via Goodreads, Facebook, Bloglovin and Pinterest (though I’m not very good at using it) and also via email to myexpandingbookshelf@gmail.com.

    1. Yeah, it has been quite good. Didn't get as much reading done as I hoped but starting a new job definitely reduced my reading time!

    1. I'm actually struggling to find time to read it before I have to take it back now :( It's been my mum's favourite movie for ages (she doesn't read) so I've seen the movie more times than I can count and love it myself. So fingers crossed I can find the time.

Top Ten Tuesday: Characters I'd Love to Check in With

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by  The Broke and The Bookish .  This week's topic is the top ten characters you'd like to check in with.  I really struggled with this one, my brain just went blank and I couldn't really think of anyone besides pretty obvious choices.
